We are looking for a talented and passionate CRO Manager to join the Organic team, working on clients across a range of sectors. The right candidate must be a self-starting individual, with strong organisational skills and a proven background in conversion rate optimisation and website user experience. Managerial experience, although not essential, will be advantageous. Your core activities will include:  
  • Owning CRO strategy across our client base
  • Designing and delivering effective A/B and MV tests that have a meaningful impact on client KPIs
  • Reporting on test performance and working with development teams to run & implement successful tests
  • Growing Return’s CRO client base 

  • About You:

    • You have 3 years experience in conversion rate optimisation
    • You have a strong track record in delivering effective AB/MV tests
    • You’ve got strong organisational, project management and time-keeping skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills
    • You have excellent knowledge of essential CRO tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar & Google Analytics
    • You are highly organised and proactive with strong planning and time management skills
    • You have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver quality work within tight deadlines
    • You’ve got experience in managing / mentoring junior team members

      Key Areas of Accountability:
     
    • Developing & implementing CRO strategy across all clients
    • Analysing on-site data to identify issues in the customer journey 
    • Creating hypotheses and A/B and MVT tests to help increase core client metrics such as conversions and order value 
    • Monitoring all tests and analysing results, providing insight and making recommendations for improvement
    • Working closely with development teams to design and run tests, and implement successful tests 
    • Developing a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of the clients you work on
    • Monitoring industry trends
    • Developing junior team members’ knowledge of CRO and associated skills 
    • Efficiently managing your workload and that of junior team members
    • Continually improving our CRO offering and growing our client base
    • Building strong client relationships
