Here is where I would start

  1. Make sure your list is segmented so you can send different marketing messages to stale prospects (wake them up) , than recent customers (drive upsell and cross sell)
  2. Define your ideal customer persona – start with what you know. What are their biggest wants, needs, desires and issues? 
  3. Gather the stories in your business and produce content to inspire your persona. Record calls, use AI, mine reviews or linked in profiles or use videos to share knowledge.
  4. Create your growth marketing plan – it doesn’t need to be complex – what do you want to achieve, what can you test, how will you know if you won, and who is responsible.
  5. Start with email – test subject lines, email formats, formal templates, and basic templates.
