Here is where I would start
- Make sure your list is segmented so you can send different marketing messages to stale prospects (wake them up) , than recent customers (drive upsell and cross sell)
- Define your ideal customer persona – start with what you know. What are their biggest wants, needs, desires and issues?
- Gather the stories in your business and produce content to inspire your persona. Record calls, use AI, mine reviews or linked in profiles or use videos to share knowledge.
- Create your growth marketing plan – it doesn’t need to be complex – what do you want to achieve, what can you test, how will you know if you won, and who is responsible.
- Start with email – test subject lines, email formats, formal templates, and basic templates.
