San Carlo provide a high-end dining experience suitable for any occasion, with 26 sites across the UK, Bangkok, Bahrain, Qatar and Ridyah. They proudly import ingredients directly from Italy to provide a unique and incredible dining experience every time.
The Brief
San Carlo entrusted the services of Return in order to expand the brand’s awareness and engagement using paid social and organic strategies. San Carlo’s goals were to expand visibility to local customers across UK restaurants.
Our objectives were to:
> Increase brand awareness. Conveying the high quality of food and atmosphere provided by all San Carlo sites
> Increase visibility. Expanding on local presence and maximising engagements
Paid Social Strategy
The paid social aspect focused on growing awareness of the brand across all relevant customers for each restaurant.
This occurred through quality creative and utilising different ad formats, maximising both dynamic videos and visuals to highlight the USPs, ultimately increasing engagement.
Organic Growth
San Carlo’s organic approach was to maximise local presence, which was achieved by increasing organic visibility and reiterating the relevancy for generic searches through on-site optimisation and development of a content marketing strategy.
